Confirmit E-mail Sender Domain and E-mail Delivery Report
Confirmit E-mail Sender Domain helps get more e-mails through to your
respondents.
Avoid e-mails being stopped because of ”spoofing” – i.e. sender address not
matching domain of the server that sent the e-mail. The sender address will be
set to a "confirmit.com" address – or using your own domain if it is set up
towards the IP addresses of the Confirmit mail servers (e.g. something like
”@surveys.company.com”). The E-mail Sender Domain is offered free of charge,
and is a pre-requisite for the E-mail Delivery Report.
Confirmit E-mail Delivery Report enables you to be on top of survey invitations
and reminders sent through the Confirmit platform thus increasing your ability
to maximize response rates.
The report provides a comprehensive overview of delivery status – aggregated
and for each respondent – enabling you to manage the process of e-mail updating
and additional e-mail send outs with ease.
This feature includes reporting on the following types of e-mail delivery
status:

BadMail: SMTP server could not send the message because the e-mail address is
not valid.

Queued: E-mail is in the sending server outgoing queue.

MessageSent: E-mail was delivered successfully to receiving server. This is no
guarantee that the e-mail is delivered to users e-mail account, just that the
receiving server has accepted it. An e-mail will get status 'MessageSent' when
it successfully leaves the sending server, and will keep this status until an
eventual Non Delivery Report is sent from the receiving server.

NonDeliverReport: E-mail was delivered by sending server, but the receiving
server has returned a Non Delivery Report. This can be caused by several
reasons. e.g. the e-mail address was not recognized by the receiving server.
Confirmit E-mail Delivery Report is available as a Company add-on that is
offered free of charge for a trial period, and will be subject to additional
terms and conditions.
